U.S stocks closed higher ahead of outcomes of meetings from the Feds and BOJ as oil prices ticked higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 9.79 points to close at 18,129.96 points. Japanese stocks rallied in volatile trade after the BOJ’s decision to modify policy framework and was up more than 1 percent. The Nikkei was gained 315.47 points or 1.91% to 16,807.62 points. The share market has slightly after a strong start, ahead of two key central bank meetings. The benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index was up gaining 10.3 points or 0.19% at 5,313.9 points.
