POMSOX trading closed the week on a quiet note on Friday. Both Kina Securities Indices remained steady as the main index KSi ended at 3,555.18 flat while the Home Index closed at 9,758.40 points unchanged.

U.S. stocks ended another choppy session lower as losses among energy and industrials companies weighed on broader indexes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 75.37 points, or 0.4%, to 17,890.360 points. The Nikkei share average dropped 65.25 points or 0.31%to 20,706.15 points in Japan as investors took profits while uncertainty hung over Greece. The Australian shares closed sharply lower also on Greece debt bail-out looms large. At the close on Friday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was 86.8 points, or 1.54 per cent, lower at 5,545.90 points.
