Banking and financial stock Bank South Pacific Ltd (BSP) was the only other stock traded today closing flat at K7.49.
Kina Securities Ltd announced its initial dividend payment, since being dual-listed on the POMSOX & ASX markets. The company is set to pay 7.47toea on April 4.
Total shares registered today was 395,406 units valued at K515,318.94.
Stocks swung from early losses to close slightly higher for a third day of gains, with energy shares maintaining gains after a rebound by oil futures. Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 44.58 points or 0.26% to 16,943.90 points. Japanese stocks were flat as investors waited on a key U.S jobs report after unexpected signs of rising U.S unemployment and a firmer yen scuffed sentiment for exporters. The Nikkei share average added 48.47 points or 0.29% to 17,008.63 points. The Australian share market finished the session marginally higher, but has gained more than four per cent over the week, led by the big banks and miners. S&P/ASX 200 was 8.90 points higher or 0.18% at 5,090.02 points.
